Our Team

Midlands Social Care provides a range of services for children, young people, adults and the elderly. As such, we look for workers that are trustworthy, diverse and take a fresh, innovative approach to care.

As a registered care provider with the Care Quality Commission, we are required to ensure that all of our care team are properly trained to provide the care they give. We do this by placing all of our workers onto training program run in partnership with Acacia Training.

All of our care workers are able to work towards a Diploma in Care, either through an Apprenticeship in Care or topping up their existing NVQ equivalent qualifications. The new Diploma in Care is replacing NVQ Level 2 and Level 3.

All of our care workers are required to hold a Full Enhanced Criminal Records Check, have references from previous employers and have regular reviews about their performance and training needs.

All of our care workers are also trained to understand the importance of confidentiality, independence and reliability to our service users.
