Our breaks for carers service is there to support people that need a break.
Midlands Social Care is able to work in the home or out in the community to support a person whose normal carer may be sick, on holiday or in need of extra support.
We are able to work with people that show a range of disabilities or challenges and aim to make our services as flexible as possible.
The workers role is designed to meet the needs of the person being cared for, what ever their needs.
All of our care workers have undertaken and Enhanced CRB check, hold full references and have receive rigorous training and supervision. Training will include work towards an NVQ if not not already achieved.
