It is easy to make a child contact referral to Midlands Social Care.
All you need to do is complete our initial enquiry form below and one of our contact team members will call you back as soon as possible. Alternatively call our team at your nearest contact centre to discuss your requirements.
If you are from a partner local authority or from a partner organisation such as CAFCASS please follow your organisations referral procedure. You may have to complete a specific referral form.
The contact team will then send you a full referral form to complete before any contacts can begin, which you can send by email, fax or post.
