Midlands Social Care ensures that all of it’s policies and procedures are relevant and kept up to date with recent legislative changes.
As part of our enhanced accreditation by the National Association of Child Contact Centres (NACCC), Midlands Social Care has been independently audited to ensure that all of our polices meet national guidance and standards for the delivery of child contact services.
We are also regulated by the Care Quality Commission. As such our services and procedures are inspected and independently audited.
